CAHOKIA HEIGHTS, Ill. – The Major Case Squad is investigating a double shooting in Cahokia Heights that happened between 6:20 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the area of the 100 block of Lazarcheff.

The Cahokia Heights Police Department say they responded to that area for several reports of gunshots.

The determined that two 15-year-olds had been shot and taken to area hospitals. One of the teenagers was treated and released. The other teenager remains in critical condition.
