BERKELEY, Mo. – One woman is facing a terrorist threat charge after an altercation at a Berkeley Steak ‘n Shake Sunday.

A probable cause statement says Aaliyah Downing went into the Steak ‘n Shake on Natural Bridge Road with her two children, ages 2 and 7, and began yelling at her ex-boyfriend, who is a cook.

The business manager asked Downing to leave, and Downing allegedly threatened to shoot the manager and another female employee due to speculation of their relationship with her ex-boyfriend.

Upon officer’s arrival, they determined Downing did not have a firearm at the time of her arrest. No witnesses stated seeing a gun.

Downing was charged with one felony count of a second-degree terrorist threat. She is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
