ST. LOUIS – One man is charged after an attempt to run over a maintenance employee at a St. Louis school Friday.
According to a probable cause statement, 80-year-old Roland Clubb had been consistently harassing the worker at St. Rapheal’s Church and School in south St. Louis when he was told to not dump trash onto the property illegally.
On Friday, Clubb allegedly targeted the victim in the parking lot and attempted to run him over when children were present in the lot as well.
Clubb then got out of his car and yelled profanities to the man with children still present. Surveillance footage captured the incident on camera.
Clubb is charged with one count of second-degree assault. He is being held without bond.
