ST. LOUIS — Police are investigating four deaths in the Carondelet neighborhood. An alert from the Real Time Crime Center says detectives are in the 800 block of Schirmer. The St. Louis Medical Examiner is on scene.
There is a large police presence in the area. Investigators have a portion of the street taped off near some apartments.
