ST. LOUIS – What’s love got to do with it? Possibly everything when it comes to music icon Tina Turner returning to the city’s The Ville neighborhood illustrated in a new mural.

The new mural is located off Martin Luther King Drive near Turner’s first home in St. Louis. It will be celebrated during a dedication ceremony on Friday at 1 p.m.

Turner graduated from Sumner High School in 1958. The new mural celebrates Turner’s birthday and the 57th anniversary of her historic cover on Rolling Stone magazine. William Burton Junior and Willian Burton III, a father and son, created the mural.

Bommarito Automotive Group SkyFOX flew over the new mural Friday morning.
