ST. LOUIS – A 71-year-old man died Wednesday night after being struck by a car in north St. Louis County.
The crash occurred around 9 p.m. on New Halls Ferry Road and Sugar Pine Road. Police say a driver hit the man then took off. Investigators are trying to find that driver.
The Crimes Against Persons Division of St. Louis County Police is investigating the hit-and-run.
