JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Missouri lawmakers spent the day filing legislation for the upcoming session Monday.

After the recent election, where voters approved making abortion legal again, you can guess what’s at the top of mind for a Republican super majority General Assembly.

Democrats say they will stand up to protect the voice of the people, and the GOP says they want to push for changes.

A Missouri judge will hear a lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood clinics later this week.

The legislative session begins Jan. 8.
