Two dead after apartment fire in Washington, Mo. early Monday morning

WASHINGTON, Mo — Two women were found dead after an apartment caught on fire in Washington, Missouri, early Monday morning.

The women, ages 72 and 42, are believed to be related and were living in the apartment located at 3200 Jefferson Street.

The State Fire Marshal is still on the scene and trying to determine the cause of the fire. Three other departments are assisting.
