ST. LOUIS — A new Hallmark movie will feature Valentine’s Day candy created by a St. Louis chocolate company.

“Sweeter Than Chocolate” features the story of a chocolatier who creates a chocolate and raspberry truffle rumored to have a secret recipe to finding true love on Valentine’s Day. The rumor catches the attention of a TV reporter who investigates.

The movie collaborated with the St. Louis chocolate company, Bissinger’s, to create “Cupid Chocolates.”

Packaged in pink and purple boxes in time for Valentine’s Day, the chocolates are also available for purchase online. The chocolates are filled with chocolate and raspberry covered in Bissinger’s milk chocolate.

In the movie, it is said that if you eat one of the chocolates on Valentine’s Day with an “open heart,” you’ll meet your soulmate.

“Sweeter Than Chocolate” is set to premiere on Sunday, March 23 at 10 a.m. central time on the Hallmark Channel.
