SPANISH LAKE, Mo. – Two people have been transported to the hospital following a multi-vehicle accident in Spanish Lake Monday evening.
According to police, officers were called to the area of Dunn and Bellefontaine roads in north St. Louis County around 4 p.m. for a three-vehicle crash.
The North County Precinct’s investigation says one vehicle was driving through the intersection of the two roads when a second vehicle ran through the light, crashing into the first vehicle.
Police said a third vehicle involved had no reported injuries.
The drivers of the two vehicles were transported to the hospital for “significant injuries,” officials stated.
