ELLISVILLE, Mo. — Even after most Schnucks stores close at 10 p.m., online shoppers can now receive grocery deliveries up until midnight through a new pilot program.
According to a Schnucks spokesperson, the new program is offered through Instacart and the Schnucks Rewards App out of a fulfillment center in Ellisville, Missouri.
Instacart shoppers will have access to order their groceries from the Ellisville facility from 6 a.m. until midnight.
“Late night delivery service through Instacart allows customers to order products carried at the fulfillment center, helping with their late night cravings and other essential needs, even after our stores close at 10 p.m,” a Schnucks spokesperson told FOX 2.
According to DoorDash, in 2024, late-night orders grew extensively by 44% in the U.S. noting the recent trend of ordering food during the late hours of the night.
