ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The Bridgeton Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened in the parking lot of the Orchard Bend Shopping Center.
According to authorities, one person was injured in the shooting. The individual, whose identity has not been released to FOX 2, was taken to a hospital. Officials released details about the incident just before 5:30 p.m. Thursday
Police said the victim is in critical yet stable condition.
The Bridgeton Police Department says an investigation into the incident is underway. The department also asks anyone with potential leads into the shooting to contact them at 314-739-7557.
