HERMANN, Mo. – A large fire destroyed a beloved antique store Monday morning in the river town of Hermann, Missouri.
According to Chief Jim Casey, Boles Fire Protection District, the fire broke out at Hermann’s Attic Antique Mall, located in the 200 block of East 1st Street.
Fire units from several jurisdictions responded to help extinguish the blaze, which charred the building’s interior and left behind noticeable exterior damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
