CREVE COEUR, Mo. – The Missouri State Highway Patrol closed northbound Interstate 270 Tuesday afternoon for a fatal crash investigation.
The crash happened on I-270 just north of I-64.
An MSHP spokesman said traffic was being diverted from I-270 to Manchester Road, with Lindbergh Boulevard and Highway 141 suggested as alternate routes.
