ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – St. Louis County Police made an arrest Monday in a nearly two-year-old case. As FOX 2 found out, locals say the place where this event happened is a hotspot for road rage incidents.
The incident happened near the corner of Jennings Station Road and Halls Ferry Road. Shaheim Mims is charged with seven felonies connected to the case.
