ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A man was left dead after a shooting late Wednesday night in Pine Lawn.
The shooting took place a little before midnight on the 4300 block of Ravenwood in Pine Lawn. When authorities arrived on the scene, officers found a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was later pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The incident happened a block away and a couple of hours after a shooting in Pine Lawn on Bircher and Oakwood Avenues, where more than 90 evidence markers were placed on the scene, indicating shots fired. According to police, the shootings are not connected to each other.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
