ST. LOUIS – A man won the $426,000 Show Me Cash jackpot after purchasing a Quick Pick ticket in south St. Louis.
The man won the jackpot prize in the March 29 drawing, purchasing the ticket at Zingers Mart, located at 5204 Lemay Ferry Road. The winning numbers were 1, 11, 14, 19, and 22.
“I didn’t believe I won for at least two days. It finally felt real when I was at the Lottery Office and they showed me what I had won!” the winner said. “I played Show Me Cash, and it showed me the cash!”
When asked what he would spend his prize on, the man shared that he would look to replace his vehicle after it had been damaged due to recent storms.
“I will probably use some for a car and pay on my student loans,” the winner shared.
Show Me Cash is a game that is drawn each day at 8:59 p.m. Jackpots for the game begin at $50,000 and continue to grow until a prize is claimed. Participants in the game have a 1 in 4.21 chance of winning a prize when playing.
