ST. LOUIS – Overnight storms brought a lot of rain, hail, and high winds along with several areas of rotation leading to Tornado Warnings. As of this writing, that storm threat has ended. However, the storms are not yet over.

Tuesday will bring additional storm chances late morning and into the afternoon ahead of a cold front. Thunderstorms could once again bring strong wind gusts, large hail, and the threat of tornadoes. The higher threat for severe storms will be along and east of the Mississippi River.

Rain exits Tuesday evening and the Cardinals game should go just fine. Cooler air and, thankfully, quieter weather will move into the region behind the cold front.

Wednesday’s highs will be closer to 70 F. We’ll only top out in the 60s on Thursday and Friday.
