ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – An O’Fallon, Illinois, man is accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death over the weekend.

According to O’Fallon Police Chief Kirk Brueggeman, the stabbing took place between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Sunday night in the Goshen Trailhead parking lot, located in the 300 block of Kyle Road.

Police arrived to find Cadence Eileen, 17, stabbed to death. Eileen’s boyfriend, Julian G. Holloway, 18, was arrested at the scene.

The St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Holloway with murder/intent to kill. Holloway remains jailed pending his next court appearance on Thursday, May 22.
