ST. LOUIS – One person has died after a crash involving a pedestrian Saturday morning on Interstate 70 in St. Louis near the Grand Avenue exit, police say.
The crash happened around 8:40 a.m. Saturday. At least one vehicle and one pedestrian were involved.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reports that one person died in the crash, though did not immediately disclose if that was a pedestrian or an occupant of the vehicle. Police have not disclosed the identities of anyone involved in the crash as of early Saturday afternoon.
