ST. LOUIS – Friday brought a round of severe weather to the region, with extreme winds, hail, and a potential tornado.
FOX 2 viewers have sent in photos of damage recorded so far—from uprooted trees, roof damages, and more, the storm has been brief but intense.
Preliminary information indicates there may have been a tornado that began just east of Hanley Road in Clayton that moved northeast toward Newstead Avenue and Page Boulevard in St. Louis, possibly through parts of Big Bend, Skinker, and North Kingshighway.
A tornado watch is in effect for the area until 7 p.m.
