ST. LOUIS – A man remains in critical condition after being shot overnight in the Central West End neighborhood.
According to a spokesperson for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened around 3:15 a.m. in the 10 block of South Taylor Avenue.
Police found the 33-year-old victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. EMS quickly responded and took him to the hospital.
The victim was unable to provide a statement due to his condition, police said, but investigators believe the shooting stemmed from an altercation between the victim and the shooter.
