Residents speak out against Wash U expansion in Clayton

CLAYTON, Mo. – Clayton residents showed up Tuesday night to voice opposition against Washington University’s proposal to build a new sports complex in a nearby residential area.

Wash U is looking to use a plot of land along Big Bend Boulevard to build new baseball and softball fields.

But some residents are saying not so fast.

The board will meet again and potentially vote on Nov. 26.
