Fisher Houses serve to support Veterans’ families, serving with the motto “because a family’s love is good medicine.” When a Veteran is hospitalized with the VA, and travelling more than 50 miles from their home, the family can stay at a Fisher House. It’s a comfort house where they can stay free of charge, in private bedroom suites. The Friends of Fisher House St. Louis hope you can help Veterans’ families. Donate HereHealing Action Network
Healing Action Network is dedicated to supporting survivors of human trafficking through a range of trauma-informed services and collaborative initiatives. Our Holistic Safety program provides comprehensive trauma recovery services, including intensive case management, trauma therapy, peer support, and housing for adult survivors. We also run the Coalition Against Trafficking & Exploitation (CATE), a statewide coalition focused on preventing and responding to human trafficking through policy advocacy, research, and the development of care standards.
