ST. LOUIS – With over 120 parade floats and displays, the Ameren Missouri Thanksgiving Day Parade in downtown St. Louis returns for its 40th year on Thursday.
The parade kicks off at 9 a.m. downtown at the Market Street and N Broadway intersection and will end at N. 14th Street.
The parade will feature various musical floats and displays, dance groups, drumlines, and marching bands from around St. Louis. To wrap up the parade, Santa Claus will wish attendees a “Merry Christmas.”
Since 1984, the St. Louis Thanksgiving Day Parade has rung in the holiday season for the region.
