KIRKWOOD, Mo. – Tim Ezell traveled to Kirkwood to visit Waigand Wheels, a nonprofit aimed at providing opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. While visiting the organization, Ezell had the opportunity to speak with Executive Director Sam Waigand.
