When Mellberg was hired as the head coach, there was no press conference, at least until a month later. And hours before he was fired, Mellberg was on the practice field with his team, and answering questions from media about his job status.
Two years ago, CITY SC led a charm life in its inaugural season. This year, everything is going wrong. St. Louis CITY SC has had a revolving door for coaches in its early days as a franchise, and that’s almost never a good look.
