ST. LOUIS – Two people are in custody after a police chase ends in a crash in south St. Louis.
Police say district one officers spotted a car linked to a robbery around noon Saturday. When they tried to pull it over, the driver took off.
Officers put down spike strips during the pursuit. It ended when the car crashed into a fence near South Broadway and Itaska Street.
The suspects were taken into custody.
Police recovered a stolen gun from the scene.
