Investigators claim Robert Walker Jr., 16, chased and gunned Green down.

According to police, a residential surveillance video purportedly shows Walker chasing Green before Green collapses after being shot in the back. Walker then approached and shot Green in the head and torso. Walker allegedly took a gun from Green’s body before fleeing.

A relative told investigators Green was going to sell a firearm to Walker prior to the murder. Police claim Walker confessed to the shooting after being arrested.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Walker with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and two counts of armed criminal action. Walker remains in custody without bond.
