ST. LOUIS – On Wednesday, a jury found a 61-year-old man guilty of multiple sex crimes involving children.
Nabori Ruhihose, who has a St. Louis address, was convicted for attempted child molestation, first-degree statutory sodomy and second-degree sexual misconduct.
Prosecutors say these crimes occurred at a home in St. Louis’ Bevo Mill neighborhood from March 9, 2016, to Sept. 12, 2022.
Court documents revealed that four girls, between 8 and 16, were inappropriately touched by the 61-year-old. Ruhihose also had performed a sexual act on one of the victims, prosecutors say.
“These crimes inflicted profound trauma on the victims and caused damage that will last a lifetime. The jury verdict reflects the severity of these offenses and ensures that this defendant is held accountable for the harm he caused,” said St. Louis Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore.
Ruhihose is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow, May 1.
