ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A property owned by the city of Pine Lawn has become the repeated target of squatters, and the break-ins have even been caught on camera.
The mayor said they took quick action Tuesday after finding out the structure was compromised and boarded up the window that people were entering through.
But the man who lives next door said he still feels the building is a magnet for crime, and needs to be demolished.
