Berkeley Amazon employee stabbed, killed by co-worker: Police

BERKELEY, Mo. – One man is dead following an altercation with an Amazon co-worker Sunday night, according to police.

The Berkeley Police Department stated that officers were called to the Amazon warehouse at 8850 Springdale Ave. around 8 p.m. Sunday for a stabbing.

Upon arrival, they located a 31-year-old male victim who was stabbed once following an “altercation with a co-worker,” the release noted.

The man succumbed to his injury.

A 41-year-old man was taken into custody at the scene.

The Berkeley Detective Bureau is working with the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to apply for a warrant.
