ST. LOUIS – The Bommarito Automotive Group SkyFOX had a busy Monday morning, capturing scenes of a treacherous commute across the area.
The snow may have looked pretty covering the city, but on the ground, it got ugly.
The drivers who did make it to their destination took it slow. It was a morning of helping others.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police used their SUV to push two drivers stuck on the Kingshighway Boulevard exit ramp from eastbound Interstate 64—their mission to protect and serve with another meaning Monday.
At Lindbergh Boulevard and Olive Street, the deep snow left multiple drivers spinning their wheels. Snow plow drivers could be seen exiting their truck to help push the cars free.
Another snow plow was left helplessly stuck in the thick and heavy snow just north of Lindbergh Boulevard and Page Avenue.
Meanwhile, the snow was no match for an IDOT plow that worked to clear the Poplar Street Bridge.
