ST. LOUIS – The Budweiser Clydesdales are making a grand return in their 47th Super Bowl commercial, “First Delivery,” showcasing resilience and dedication.
The commercial, filmed in California, tells the story of a determined character overcoming obstacles to make a delivery. The Clydesdales, trained in Wyoming, are the stars of this advertisement.
“So we actually did our filming in California, so that’s actually where they shot the commercial. But our animal trainer who helps to teach the behaviors lives in Wyoming,” said Warm Springs Ranch manager Amy Trout.
Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, the official breeding and training facility for over 70 Clydesdales, is where these iconic horses are born. The ranch will open for visitors on March 22, allowing fans to see the Clydesdales up close, including the new foals.
“The West Coast Hitch is actually here right now. So you’re going to get to see all those geldings, our stallions, the Super Bowl commercial stars,” Trout added. “Plus, these mamas behind me that are waiting to have their babies. Then of course, all of this year’s babies. So the barn is literally full of Clydesdales.”
This marks the first time in over a decade that the Clydesdales have starred in a Budweiser Super Bowl commercial, bringing excitement to fans and visitors at Warm Springs Ranch.
