MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. – The St. Louis Community is stepping up Saturday morning to support mental health service at Creve Coeur Lake.
The Nami Walks St. Louis event is organized by the National Alliance on Mental Illness, which is a non-profit dedicated to expanding access to mental health care and support.
The walk aims to raise awareness, provide resources, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health conditions.
Nami St. Louis offers free mental health education, advocacy, and support for people and families in need.
