ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – Some residents in St. Clair County continue to recover from July flooding that caused problems in multiple neighborhoods.
FEMA established recovery centers to help residents apply for financial help.
Those centers are closing Friday, but St. Clair County officials are notifying residents that the deadline for them to seek assistance has been extended to Dec. 13.
