NEOGA, Ill. – Cleanup efforts are underway in Missouri and Illinois following storm damage, with Neoga, Illinois, experiencing significant devastation.

The tornado in Neoga has caused considerable destruction, leading to ongoing cleanup operations. The damage to local infrastructure, including homes and schools, has prompted the cancellation of classes.

While the preliminary findings from the National Weather Service have identified the tornado as an EF2, the full extent of the damage is still being assessed. 

As cleanup continues in Neoga and surrounding areas, the community is working to recover from the tornado’s impact.
