ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for an 82-year-old man Friday.

The advisory is for Roger Soucy, who went to warm up his vehicle just before 1 p.m. in the 4300 block of Laclede Ave. in St. Louis and has not returned. According to police, he suffers from dementia and frequent memory issues and does not have his phone or wallet with him.

Soucy is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 140 pounds. He has white and grey hair along with green eyes.

Soucy’s car is a Tan 2001 Chevrolet Venture with Missouri license plates of BA4D9U. It was last spotted at northbound Shackleford Road and Mullanphy Lane in Florissant around 3 p.m.
