ST. LOUIS – A former executive of the Bank of O’Fallon has been indicted for allegedly embezzling nearly $2 million dollars in a fraud scheme.
Andrew Blassie, 69, is accused of defrauding the bank while serving as vice president.

Blassie is also accused of defaulting on promissory notes that were supposed to repay the couple.
The legal proceedings are set to continue with Blassie’s court appearance scheduled for April 23 in east St. Louis.
