ST. LOUIS – No injuries were reported after a family had to evacuate their home overnight Wednesday morning due to a vacant house catching on fire in north St. Louis.
The fire took place shortly after midnight on the 5100 block of Wells Avenue. Firefighters told the family to evacuate their home nearby in case the fire were to spread.
No injuries were reported in the fire, officials said.
