Finishing touches to Waterloo water tower after several delays

WATERLOO, Ill. – After several delays due to bad weather, the water tower in Waterloo, Illinois is now in its proper place.

Crews spent part of their Saturday working to complete finishing touches on the top and in the tank of the tower.

Heavy rains and storms earlier this week postponed plans to put together the tower earlier.
