Fire in Baden neighborhood of north St. Louis injures four residents

ST. LOUIS – A fire broke out around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning on Halls Ferry Road off Gimblin Street in the Baden neighborhood.

The St. Louis Fire Department says heavy smoke was pouring out of the building. A battallion chief at the scene told Fox 2 that the fire did briefly spread to a second building.

Fire Captain Garon Mosby says they treated four patients. One of those patients is in critical but stable condition. The three others were transported with non-urgent injuries and are in stable condition.
