FRONTENAC, Mo. – Flower Child, a fast-casual restaurant concept, will open its first Missouri location in Frontenac on Tuesday, June 18. The restaurant will also host an in-person job fair through Sunday, June 8, to hire 60 employees.

Their job fair will be through this Saturday and again Monday, June 3 through Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Flower Child is hiring servers, line and prep cooks and dishwashers. Attendees will get a look at the 4,445-square-foot space currently undergoing renovation.

Flower Child offers vegetarian, vegan and carnivore-friendly dishes and provides meals for a variety of dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options.

The St. Louis menu includes dishes such as the ginger miso crunch salad with carrot “zoodles,” zucchini, red pepper, cabbage, mint cashew, sesame seed and Asian dressing.

Their menu has several customizable bowl options, such as the “Glow Bowl” with sweet potato noodles, shiitake, onion, snap peas, cilantro, and mint, topped with a sunflower sauce.

Customers will also have several protein options to top off their bowls or salads, from chicken and shrimp to salmon and steak. Along with sides such as asparagus & quinoa tabbouleh or red Chile-glazed sweet potato.

The franchise is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts out of Phoenix, and with the opening of their St. Louis location, they will have expanded to 33 restaurants in 11 states.

Flower Child will be located at 10335 Clayton Road, next to Plaza Frontenac, and will be open seven days a week with dine-in and patio options.
