ST. LOUIS – The culinary scene of St. Louis has something special for just about any appetite, but according to the Food Network, some local dishes truly stand out and put the city on the map.
Food Network has showcased several St. Louis-area restaurants and businesses in a feature story about Missouri’s food landscape, titled “Savor the Show-Me State: What to Eat in Missouri.”
While the feature explores Missouri’s food culture and “most iconic” dishes, St. Louis takes center stage. Among the 30 foods and drinks featured, all but four have roots in the St. Louis region, cementing the city’s dominance in the state’s culinary landscape.
