ST. LOUIS – Award-winning artist and musician, John Legend will be sharing reimagined versions of his greatest hits at The Muny in September.
The live concert “John Legend: A Night of Songs and Stories with St. Louis Symphony Orchestra,” will take the stage September 7 at 8 p.m. and nearly 1,500 tickets will be available free of charge.
The concert is The Muny’s first free live concert event in more than 30 years and with it the tradition of Muny’s free seats will continue, but only through an online drawing.
Through the venue’s partnership with Lucky Seat, the free tickets will be distributed and picked through a random digital drawing. Entries for the drawing will be accepted between 10 a.m. on July 25 and until 9:30 a.m. on August 7.
To enter, users need to create an account on Lucky Seat and select the “John Legend in St. Louis” event along with the time and date of the show. After submitting, there is a limit of two tickets per winner.
Typically, the free seats at The Muny are the last nine rows at the back of the venue and are on first-come, first-serve basis, but these seats are only available for the concert through the drawing.
Regular tickets for the live concert are between $75 and $300 and can be purchased at MetroTix.
