ST. LOUIS – Hip-hop legend turned comedian T.I. is bringing his standup show to St. Louis this weekend.

Tip “T.I.” Harris is a Grammy Award-winning rapper known for his hits like “Live Your Life” with Rihanna and “Whatever You Like,” but he has since moved into the comedy world. He has been on a nationwide tour over the past year and a half.

“There’s a diabolical individual by the name of K-Dubb who called me on stage at a comedy club out of sheer spite just to entertain himself, hoping I fail. Much to his dismay, I got my first laugh. I loved it, and I just been doing it ever since,” he told FOX 2.

T.I. will be headlining alongside his comedy crew, the Haha Mafia, featuring Navy Greene, Tyler Chronicles, and the man who started it all, K-Dubb.

Showtimes are at Helium Comedy Club at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. Friday, and the group has three more performances Saturday.
