ST. LOUIS – On Thanksgiving Eve, a bustling night for travel and nightlife, hundreds in St. Louis can take advantage of free rides to get home safely.

Breakthru Beverage Missouri and Absolut Vodka will offer 500 free rides to people in St. Louis from 2 p.m. Wednesday (Thanksgiving Eve) to 2 a.m. Thursday (early-morning Thanksgiving Day).

People in need of a ride can score a free ride home (up to $30 value) by using ride code: BBGMOTHANKS2024 on the Lyft app or website when booking a ride.


Automaker spying on drivers, reporting data to insurance companies

The rides are offered through rideshare partner Lyft and are available courtesy of the Safe Home After Every Occasion social responsibility program.

Since the program’s inception, it has provided more than 100,000 Missourians with a free ride home. The program is also offered in Kansas City, Columbia, and Springfield on Thanksgiving Eve.
