ST. LOUIS – A Lincoln County, Missouri, man appeared in federal court on Monday to be sentenced for recording himself sexually abusing children.

Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri said Christopher C. Parker, 32, not only recorded the abuse, he uploaded the videos online and discussed the crime with others.

Uploading the illicit material trigged tips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which then notified the FBI on March 21, 2023.

Agents obtained a search warrant and went to Parker’s home in Fountain N’ Lakes the following day. They discovered child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on a laptop and cellphones.

Parker admitted to the abuse and the recording. He previously pleaded guilty in January to two counts of production of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.

A U.S. District Court judge sentenced Parker to 27 years in federal prison.
