The lucky winner bought the ticket from Phillip 66, located at 7323 North Lindbergh Boulevard in Hazelwood.

The winner said she was on the way to her sister’s house to help deal with a dying plant and decided to make a quick stop. “I was going to her house because I was going to kill that plant,” the winner joked. “So, I just randomly stopped at the gas station.”

When the winner made the stop, she decided to purchase a “$100,000 Cash Payout” scratcher ticket and quickly scratched it off when she got back in the car.
