O’FALLON, Mo. – An O’Fallon man is facing felony charges of invasion of privacy after police say he was caught taking pictures up women’s skirts.

Kevin Clayton is being investigated after police found more than 200 pictures and videos on his phone.

Police received a call Sunday from a woman about a man following her around the Dollar Tree on Highway K. She told police the man was taking pictures up her skirt.

She was able to give a description of the man and his car, which led police to arrest Clayton. More videos were found on the man’s phone, all taken in the same manner.

Clayton was sentenced earlier this year to 30 days in jail and four years of probation after pleading guilty to invasion of privacy for the same kind of incidents in 2021. In that case, police found nearly 40 videos and thousands of photographs of women in the same manner at a store in Lake St. Louis.

Clayton is currently being held on a $20,000 cash-only bond.
